Feedback, Complaints and Safety
It Is Safe to Speak Up.
Your voice matters. Tell us what is working, share an idea, raise a concern or make a complaint. You do not need to use formal words.
Official Contact Information Checked 1 September 2026
What Can I Tell You About?
A complaint can be about support that did not feel right or safe, a worker’s behaviour, communication or cancellations, an invoice or fee, privacy, or a concern that was not resolved.
You can involve a family member, friend, advocate, interpreter or another support person if you choose.
What Happens When You Speak Up?
- We listen and make sure we understand your concern.
- We check whether anyone needs immediate support to stay safe.
- We ask what you would like to happen.
- We look into the matter fairly and keep you informed.
- We explain the outcome and use what we learn to improve.
We only share information with people who need it to respond, or when required or authorised by law.
